We tend to repeat the same kind of error because we repeat the same information processing mechanism. These are bad habits that are rarely noticed, in perception, interpretation, action, communication and result evaluation.
This book was written with the intention to encourage people to reflect on their own thinking, and does not claim to teach the reader how to think, least of all define what is right or wrong.
